- In the event that a client chooses to cancel a service before its initiation, ZMG reserves the right to retain any pre-paid fees or deposits as a cancellation fee.
3. Quality Assurance:
- ZMG is dedicated to delivering services that meet or exceed client expectations. If a client is dissatisfied with a delivered service, we encourage immediate communication to address concerns. While refunds are not guaranteed, we are committed to finding mutually satisfactory resolutions.
4. Exceptional Circumstances:
- In rare cases where ZMG is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon service, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Such exceptions will be determined at the sole discretion of ZMG.
5. Modification of Services:
- If a client requests modifications to the originally agreed-upon service, any additional fees incurred will not be refundable.
6. Payment Disputes:
- Clients are encouraged to contact ZMG directly to resolve payment disputes. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior communication may result in the suspension of services.
